I am well qualified for the job having studied Music and  

Contemporary styles at the University of West London for 3 years, and in doing so earned myself a Bachelor of Music degree with Honours (2:1)  Having qualifications in Music at GCSE (grade A*) Music at A2 (grade A) , and Music Technology at A2 (Grade A) means I understand the coursework requirements at these levels and so I am well placed to offer any support and advice needed. I also have a Certificate in Higher Education in Composition (Distinction) from Coventry University and Grade 6 Theory (ABRCM).

 

I am able to cover many styles of music, particularly specialising in rock/pop, metal, blues and acoustic styles. I have several years of teaching experience and know how to help my students achieve their goals. I am DBS approved (previously CRB)  

 

Although teaching takes up a lot of my time I also regularly write music and perform live with my band TIGRESS - Humble Angel Records (previously THE HYPE THEORY - Small Town Records, UK & Twilight Records, Japan) and have been fortunate enough to tour worldwide with such talented musicians. 

 

With all of this experience I have a wealth of knowledge available to pass on to my students.
